I don't know why but I feel like this is a crappy imitation/variation of my thread. Sorry if I sound like a dick.

 

It doesn't resemble your thread that much other than the fire

Just some advice, try to get rid of the white glow around the chains and for the fire images don't stretch them out too much and get rid of the borders around the fire.

I wouldn't classify this as ripping, although it does look very similar to yours he did not use any layers from your psd or items from the layout he just simply copied the design. I see this being done quite frequently in the gfx marketplace, it really takes away from an artists integrity.

 

No, he didn't cut and use parts of your layout you made, he just tried to remake it.
