I got 7.3b in gta online i have no idea how i got it but yeah...

 

hackers spawn cash then place huge bountys on people to xfer it to legit players it happend to me lol

 

idk if thats how it works. I killed a guy with like a 200m bounty and someone else got the money.

I was so fucking excited until I realized I didnt get it lol.

 

They give so they wont get caught by rockstar, since if they have bils, it would be suspicious.

I heard someone got it by going in a lobby randomly.

 

I heard that the ability to give away money is bugged right now. Also that they removed it on purpose due to hax0rs. All hear-say tho.

I bet they could just check how much exp a person has and weigh that against their bank account. I also bet they nuke banks to get rid of the billions upon billions of hacked dollars floating around.
