Jagex are tards

I think Jagex should have released RS 2006 as OSRS instead of 2007. Fuck godswords they ruined the game This means I will never play again I just cant stand that update.

Why can Jagex never be awesome'? Well, they are trying but they fail.

 

Unfortunately they only had the code as far back as 2007, not 2006. Guess they had no choice but to release GWD, they needed to keep players playing / wanting to play.

89% of the community wanted it, why can't you just enjoy it lol...

quitting cause of godswords (facepalm).. I bet you didn't quit when godswords were initially released in 2007

 

I don't mind the godswords, it was some of the later updates that ruined the game for me.

 

godswords are just a small bit of the game..i dont mind them personally, never have never will..happy scaping

2006 & 2007 Is shit. Pre-Eoc (Before the armour update on rune etc.) Would be golden.

Yup game was at the peak at this time was lovely. I think lots of people would agree.

 

Brought in another source to keep players in the game, more stuff to do, it was actually a decent update in my opinion.

 

When the hell did you start playing? Think most long time hardcore RS players prefer the times just before or a year or two before release of GE. I played for 5 years but GE ruined everything. My happiest RS days was in 2005/2006 back when the whip ruled the wilderness.

 

Jagex are tards for bringing out 07 in the first place imo, having the whole team back up RS3 100% would have been amazing, but then again, the community voted on these updates so really there isn't much you can do there
and about the "they only had the 2007 code" thats a bunch of BS, they said they only had up to july 2007, but they somehow managed to get GWD in and I'm 100% sure they did not re-code. they just used the source that had the most players back in the day I'm willing to bet.

 

Godwars WAS a 2007 update, it's shit like the NMZ and nondiscontinued rares that fucked up the game.

can't believe some people are posting saying 2011/2012 was the best years. hell fucking no. Never seen such an active and fun community back in 2005-2006, though it might have been the fact I was young and enjoyed the game

 

Nothing wrong with godswords. The last good update on RS was skill capes, then everything went downhill from there.

 

2006/early 2007 and before was the best era of Runescape. I personally liked MB with no lever, no TB, and no ancients.
