Should I start over? Or buy an account.

So, I decided I want to get back into old runescape again but it turns out that you have to be a member.
Is it worth starting a level 3 and going through the game over? Or should I just buy an account?
Truly don't really care for rs3 as it doesn't look that great but who knows.

 

If you have the time it takes to train an account I would definitely recommend it. It will give you a sense of accomplishment, unless you bot I guess. If you don't have the time buying an account leaves you with a risk of that person recovering the account.

 

Exactly what ZippyGFX said. You buy an account, you run the risk of it getting recovered. What if it gets recovered 1 or 2 years into your playing? You'll feel like shit and would want to quit.

I say start from level 3 like we all did

 

Unless buying from someone like a exmod, super trusted person (you will have to pay overprice)
train up your own account ,that's really only the two options I could think of.

 

With the money he spends on a new acc from a very trusted person, he'd be able to get the same stats on his account

 

True but if OP is very busy, at the same price could save himself a lot of time.

It all depends on how much effort you're willing to put into the game, if not a lot, then buying an account is for you.. If you actually want the thrill of leveling up then training from scratch is for you, its really that simple

 

I have quite a decent amount of time, but I also play other games. I quit wow because I felt I had to devote my free time life into it until I got to 90 and just wasn't worth it. I might give it a shot and buy the membership and see how it is, just grinding again sounds shitty. X_X

However if I could find like a decent starter account then I would just buy that.

 

If you buy an account make sure u buy from a trust user.

 

Dont buy an acc unless its off someone you know and trust irl, and then your still running a huge risk...Just make your own bud

 

I would highly discourage you from buying an account, it will get recovered and you will use the time/money you put into it.
