    Resolutions

"I will lose weight this year." - The most common resolution every year. Most of us who resolve to make changes don't last near as long as we expect and usually crash within a month or two.

Has anyone made any resolutions this year? Are you normally good at keeping resolutions or are you like me and try to make the change but always fail?

    >_< As for my resolution is to change my diet habits so to support my new workout routines and to focus more heavily on cardio as opposed to so many weights.

This. A few months ago Ive started hitting the gym instead of doing just boxing, and been going there almost everyday. I've significantly reduced the amount of junk food I consumed a few months prior to the change, but I never ate that much, now I don't drink sodas and rarely eat junk food. I don't really need a resolution to change for the better.

Changing your diet habits is easy, as long as you can cook and/or have someone to cook for you everyday. Fast/junk food is the lazy way of "i cba to cook, ill just grab a burger and fries for lunch". Replace sodas with water, have some juice around if you ever get that craving for a sweet drink. Basically don't keep anything that will tempt you to break your resolution.

Good luck with your resolution Drento. I know how tough it is for some people to stick to their plans.
