    Well i kind of made a resolution to eat healthier and quit playing runescape competitively about 6 months ago, have since dropped around 30lb.

    This year i'm going to try my best to complete a full 90/60 day round of p90x or insanity, and have visible abs and a toned body, still another 20lb or so to drop :p

    If i succeed i'll maybe post pics
