Moneybookers restricted my account?

So I was trying to send money through moneybookers, then it asked for my birthdate. Me, being in a hurry, didn't bother to use my real birth date, so I just entered a random one. During the sending money process, it asked for my birthdate to verify. I entered it wrong 3 times, and they restricted my account.

What do you guys think I should do? I'm planning on contacting them in about 5 hours. Should I call them? Because emailing them would probably take a few days for a response.

Also, do you think they'll need me to provide various proofs that it was really me? I mean I just entered my birthdate wrong, got everything else correct (including credit card number etc)...

 

Call them they are really bad at replying to emails in my experience with MB.

 

Thanks for your reply. I've called them but up to now the issue is still not resolved, I had to tell them to refund the money back to my card. Definitely wouldn't recommend them

 

Call them again and state the issue, and why you did it. I'm sure if everything is legitimate on your end and if you haven't been blacklisted before your issue will be resolved.

 

Yes I've called them, and instead asked them to refund the money cause I didnt want to go through the bullshit they put me through . Thanks for your reply & help man
