My account got scammed

My Runescape account got scammed and I lost my email address. I am planning to send an Email to Jagex with all possible account information. What information should I include to get greatest chance to recover it?

Creation date, creation location, first membership date, my location... What else?

Also, how do I report a scammer? What evidences do I need?

 

Probably, The payment info used (if any), previous passwords, answers to recovery questions (if any) ISP used when created, if you've moved since you created the account include that, any information you have about the account that only the original owner would know, i believe you'd email parents@jagex if you can't get a reply within the account recovery section of the site.

Go there, and read all of the stickies. The information needed is there and you can get whoever scammed you banned, provided you can obtain the necessary proof.

First details relating to the account - Such as:
IP address
Internet provider
First subscription method/details
First password.

They will probably end up locking the account and leaving it for you to recover yourself.

 

just send them a message tell them ur acc got hacked with some details its not a big deal
