Explain the service: Signature roullete. If you roll a 1 or 2 you get $10, otherwise you change your signature to the one here:

He pmed me about how he couldn't change it right away because he was on an iPad. The following morning he hadn't changed it so I got annoyed. He bitched about it on my thread but finally changed it. Now he has merged it with an existing signature so you can barely see it?

My ToS said you must change it to the signature below, not merge it with a current one. I propose you give him a competition ban and forcefully change it.

EDIT: He is trying to say that because I didn't say no merging of signatures, that what he did was allowed. My TOS says:

"Roll a 1 or a 2 and win $10 Paypal. If you don't you must change your signature to the one below (remove the 2 spaces in the code):"

The signature listed below was 650x350, it was not a picture of a merged signature.
