breathing lol

When I'm wearing earphones I have to make sure the volume is down enough that I can hear the ambient noise because otherwise I start worrying about how loud I'm breathing, then I think too much about my breathing and forget how to breathe...

what do i do lol

 

Shouldnt be breathing be a involuntary action? Don't think about it, its pretty hard to breathe loud lol, dont see why you should be worried about it.

 

lol when im listening to loud music, it makes me think im breathing loud too so everyone can hear me and think wdf L

 

Just don't try to think about it. I'm pretty sure people aren't going to judge you for breathing loudly if you were.

I think I use to worry about breathing when I was trying to sleep. Try read a book or something to distract you from it.

Ask a friend or a family member to check how you breathe while you are listening to music. It's either that or you could stop thinking about it, but by doing that you will stop thinking about it when they tell you that you were breathing fine.

Idk man i don't pay attention to other peoples breathing patterns, unless i have a reason to. If someone is sleeping and snoring, then of course i would notice.

Not quiet sure what your worry about, it doesn't really matter what people think, everyone breathes?

 

I love Human Psychology. I used to have that and sometimes 'forget how to breathe'. In the end, I just distracted myself by playing sports or doing other activities so my breathing just took care of itself.

Regarding your self-conscious breathing. I wouldn't worry about it, no one will take notice of it and it is not something to worry about in general. You must be listening to some sick tracks though.

 

Oddly enough people have commented on my breathing as well. During studying or during times where I'm really thinking about the problem, I tend to hold my breath and breath in one louder exhale instead of quieter more frequent exhales. I don't let it bother me its just breathing right? Although mine may affect me doing cardio related sports such as jogging because I believe I do the same thing and not have enough oxygen. As for your problem if someone judges you just for your breathing which hardly anyone would ever notice then they have some weird issues.
