My Next Computer

I bought a Mac for school purposes about 2 years ago, and Ive been pretty annoyed by the lack of games i can play on it, and just the terrible experience on the games that i can play on it.

I want to try to sell my Macbook Pro 13 (2011-Lowest GB version) and try to break even getting a computer with Windows.

What are my best options for gaming + school use that would be around the price i could sell my Macbook for?
I don't game 24/7, but i want to play Wildstar quite a bit when it comes out with a good enough computer to not be constantly annoyed by lag.

Also the computer must be 14" or lower, i don't want a very big computer, which i know lowers my options a lot.

Thanks.

edit:
I saw a couple good Lenovo's under the gaming section on their website, but they seem so much better then all the rest of the computers I've seen for the price. So i feel like I'm missing something.

US I'm seeing <$700 on the macbook pro 13" version. That's in my local area, which prices are generally jacked up.

I put it all in a website to check the price and they said around 700.
But more about the Lenovos… What am i missing? They seem too good for the price.

They're generally good value because they haven't built up the same reputation in western countries as brands like Acer, Samsung, Apple etc.

I fully recommend any lenovo system :)

I have had good and bad experiences with Lenovo; when they fail, they fail hard.

I bought a gaming laptop from them when I was in Japan so I would have something to fuck around on. I ended up getting it replaced because there was an issue with the screen bevel. The replacement had a faulty graphics card and would crash the system whenever you tried to use the nVidia card over the onboard Intel one. I finally got one that was fine with the second replacement, yet a common problem to all 3 is that they overheated and the GFX card would get up to 100 degrees celsius on some surfaces.

My second lenovo laptop that I bought for university has a faulty wireless chip which makes internet connectivity a pain in the ass at best (constant disconnects).

Their specifications are good and they're relatively cheap, but just from my experience they're a gamble and a half.

First of all, as a compute fanatic, I hate macs and think they are a waste of money. Despite their slick design, the hardware within them, you can get in another computer for about $400.

The MacBook Pro has:
4GB Ram
2.5 GHz Processor
500 GB Harddrive

All in which I have in my $500 laptop. So, do not waste the money on them enless you are only getting it for the software which I do not think is worth an extra 500-600$.

All that aside, it depends if you want another laptop (which it seems like you do) or a desktop. And also depends on how much you get for your current MacBook.

Lenovo has some great i5 laptops with about 6GB Ram for around 600$. I have a Lenovo and love it. It is great quality.
You may also want to take a look at Acer's laptops. They have always done well for me and are a brand that I trust.

Goodluck hunting.
