    What is the best way to train str??
    Whats the best effective way to train my combat up and do you recommend any tribot scripts with it aswell? This is the gear i have atm

    I know its a terrible combo i haven't got a lot of quest done on this account

    you could always try leveling up slayer and doing experiments.

    Spiders level 55 in the Stronghold of Security. Great for afking, and you could probably last quite a while.

    Yeah i just did spiders afk it for 7 hours got 73 attack nice ill just get 80 then move onto def

    Sweet man, yeah tribot is a good botting programme, I'd buy premium scripts and bot 4 hours on 2 hours off continuously.

    Rock crabs bot, experiments bot, spiders bot, lots of good ones. Just bot wise be a shame to get a perm lol

    There's many methods. Generally the free scripts have a high ban rate so you may want to invest in a premium/private script. Most of the good ones like GDK have a high ban rate though.

    I would take a saradomin sword and some pray bonus armor to bandits, or if you want to afk, bring guthans.

    your account is nearly the same as mine, so I would suggest to keep AFKing at spiders til 80 attack and 80 defense, then move to NMZ

    Personally I'd do nightmare zone with dh. Get about 85k/hr on attack and around 25k hp xp an hour...but then again I'm 99 str 91 attack. It should still be good for you though

    He doesn't have pray so nightmare zone is out of the question. Spiders is probably your best bet bro

    To spend a great deal of less hours training str, just get prayer and do some quests, unless your going for some unknown build?
