Only 2 ip matches have been on his profile, and upon checking the one with the most matches they're all banned and most of them have only been on that one IP as well, the other one also matches someone who's banned but it appears to be a proxy match.

Edit: Actually it appears none of the profiles have been on any other IP EXCEPT for Trades!
