FM2 vs. AM3+ - What would you recommend?

I have been doing some research into buying new parts for my pc. I have hit a point where I am having the debate about whether FM2 or AM3+ is better suited for my purpose.

What I want to do with the PC after buying the parts:
    1. Stream my Runescape Gameplay/other games.
    2. I want to be able to multi-task without lag/minimal lag.
    3. Regain my old Dual Monitor setup

    Budget - Roughly $300

    Parts I Need:
    CPU
    MOBO
GPU [If the CPU isn't an APU]
    Wireless Card
    Mouse [Not really priority]

    Pieces I Already Own:
    8 GB Ram
    550 Watt PSU
    2 TB Hard Drive
    Mid-Size Case

Parts I have considered [Will add as I continue to look around]:
    FM2: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8114540&Sku=A79-6800

Any recommendations would help! I may be a tad flexible with the budget. If you need to ask questions, please feel free to ask.

I prefer the FX-series AMD CPU's over the A10-lineup. If you go the AM3+ route, you can take it further whenever your budget permits and go with their 4.7GHz 8-core FX-9590.

For the time though, that top-line quad-core A10 processor is only roughly equivalent to its similar-priced counterpart the FX-6300. For the same price, you can get six-core FX-6350. The A10 will perform a small bit better in single-threaded applications, but in everything else, the 6350 blows it away.

The only scenario I would recommend the a10 over the FX is if you are planning to stay on the integrated graphics instead of use a dedicated card later on. My understanding has it that the a10's IGPU is roughly equivalent to a GT640 if you use good fast RAM. IGPU's scale differently to different speed RAM, since it uses your RAM as its video memory. The faster your ram is, the faster your video memory effectively is too.

Regardless, to get anything decent out of your build, you're gonna need to up your budget.

    My suggestions for you:
    CPU: FX-6350 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113327

    Mobo MSI 970A http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637

    GPU MSI R7-260X (currently 130$) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127762
With those you're looking at around 350 dollars. It should be able to max a good portion of games if you play at 1080P

buy any cheap 10-15$ wifi card you want, but I recommend not using wifi. Especially for online gaming. I won't even research one.

That's the best budget build I can come up with...I'd build that, and crossfire your R7-260x with the iGPU(yes, you can do that... only with an AMD iGPU and dGPU). Make sure you get the latest drivers direct from AMD, the ones the products ship with are terrible.
