Question about an IP Ban

Back when I was originally banned in March, a friend of mine who had been on my sythe a handful of times got IP banned. He wants to join sythe himself, and I don't believe he's ever had his own sythe account. That can be IP-Checked with IP: 108.219.21.225 (His IP) If his only offense was having connections with my account, would that have disappeared with my unban? Also, is he free to make his own account on sythe.org? Will be willing to discuss this with a mod if further information is needed. Thanks!

Is the error he's getting "only one IP per account"?

His IP definitely isn't on the banned IP's list, I double checked. Could you possibly show me what screen he's getting?

 

The issue might've resolved itself over time, I believe he was able to make an account yesterday, but Pylon isn't him. I'll talk to him.
