Request high pardon / un ban

i was banned for scamming a LOL account where i was feeling like getting un banned because i have lots to sell so my first pardon i was told to refund the lol account i had scammed so i did with that i payed 20$ extra to put it back into NA so then after refunding it the guy blocked me and deleted me and my 2nd pardon i was told to show proof but i could not show proof as he blocked me and deleted me i know wat i done was wrong but i am deeply sorry and i really want to get un banned this means the world to me if i get un banned i got heaps to sell and heaps to buy but i cant unless i get un banned now i know what i done is wrong and i refunded and i have grown up if you guys dont feel comfortable with un banning me u can un ban me and place a TWC sign i just want to show i am legit please.
