Need A Semi Complex Program Made.

Want to be able to input a college teams name draw 3 ratings from a website and then put them into a formula can provide the source code I have the formula written in java it works when I manually input the data just basically having problems with scraping and the code to be able to type in a name have it be found and then extract the data from that input into the formula. Will pay whatever we can deem fair I could figure it out I just don't have the time and I also want exclusive rights to the program. Pm me if willing will need to have some in detail discussion about the program over skype or another messanger of your choosing I can pay in almost any method desired.
