Deleted profiles

Would deleted profiles have previously been banned profiles and therefore would count as banned profiles in a vader report? Only 1 ip has ever logged into that guy's sythe profile as well as his alt sythe profile, and they're the only 2 non deleted profiles on the audit, but there's like 20+ deleted sythe profiles lol... Which leads me to believe he may have been a mass vader at some point?
