Aj Geshy-Overlooked Scammer?

So I saw this

And the staff member handling it said the skype didn't belong to the banned user in question.
I'd then noticed the skype profile list had been used as the basis for the report, and went to the report listed under the adam.geshwend skype.

That report shows the skype adam.geshwend, and when Roary banned him he linked Lincolnjamy's profile.. So either perhaps the correct person wasn't dealt with in the original report, or Lincolnjamy's skype is indeed adam.geshwend... Either way it seems Aj Geshy should be banned?
