Milanibra is a scammer!!

This guy just tried to scam me for 150k, he's had a previous scammer report but he is still not banned?? He told me he wouldn't go first or do increments below 50k and so nearly went through with the deal but luckily i was suspicious and checked the scammer forums just before i was going to go through with the deal and saw another person saying he scammed them for 500k :/ he has now told me that he is going to report me and get me banned:L the worst thing is the amount of vouches he has nearly makes his act believable!! the screen shots of the conversation and his Skype account follow;
