Is it possible that any of the big dicing clans ever do or did set up the game beforehand? I'm sure the odds are in their favor overall but if their on a loss do you think they ever rigged it?

 

nah, not rigged. usually they do get the advantage in say 55+

Well, if they made the dicebot they could make it so that it always goes in their favor or they can change the setting that allows them to put it in their favor?

There isn't any reason to do that because gambling games are inherently weighted to the houses' favor. Major gambling clans have their bots hosted on servers that no one has access to.

 

^ that exactly. The odds are in their favor, so as long as they continuously have people gambling, they will win.

 

Their edge is so huge that it would not make any sense to do this.

They win some, they lose some. The thing is, the odds are that good for them they always make a profit in the long run unless they were extremely unsuccessful.
