Here I give him the email address. Blanked out the first part for obvious reasons.

The emails password was exactly the same as the password I gave him for the RuneScape account, which is why at this point I didn't say it again, I guess I just assumed that he knew what I meant.

Doesn't really matter anyway because I still gave him the password for the EMAIL when he asked for it again.

So you have banned me for failure to give him the information for the account, which is false because I evidently gave him all the information he needed.

You also said that you can recover an email in seconds and that is anoyher reasno why you banned me.

So you're pretty much saying that anyone who sells an account with an email should be banned because they can recover it back.

And before you try to say he didn't have access to the account because the information was incorrect:

Proof that he access to the account right up until it was banned.

Not to mention the fact that I didn't even recover the email after I gave it to him, he had access to that account from that point on all the way up until he got it banned then tried to chargeback the money he sent me.


So in conclusion, I haven't done anything wrong, the only reason he reported me is because I won the charge back claim on PayPal because I provided the necessary proof that he received EVERYTHING that he asked for.

Roary, this is the 3rd time somebody has tried to fuck me now and I'm getting pretty bored of having to prove my innocence after each and every fucking lie.


I said that I would pay for the account with SKRILL, he said he cannot make a Skrill account therefore he won't take that payment.

The leveling of the defence was ACCIDENTAL, and I even offered to pay for the account afterwards for $80 Skrill, which he declined and said it's either PayPal or he will post a report.

So for:

1. He tried to blackmail me into buying his account by threatening to post a report.

2. I actually PURCHASED this account last week, via PA. But they reversed the deal as he failed to give the sufficient information to them so they delayed it by 3 business days.

3. He claimed that he could not recover an email address (hmm) Not to mention the fact that it was obvious he was going to recover it back after I paid him anyway.

4. He claimed that I "logged into his account, gained a defence level and logged out." This is complete bullshit because I told him that it wasn't intentional me leveling the defence as I was defence flicking in a stake and unfortunately lagged.

5. If I was trying to scam the idiot, why would I have offered to buy the account even after all this had happened. Also after he declined for me to buy it as I didn't want to use PayPal (he already knew I couldn't do PayPal about a week ago due to me having to buy via PA, so it was just an excuse) I offered to help him find a buyer for the account.

6. None of my fucking intentions are to scam or deceive anyone, I get caught up in unnecessary bullshit with hard-headed idiots who just want the ban hammer to be put on anyone and anything for their amusement.





I would also like to take a minute for you guys to realize the amount of bullshit that are in these reports against me, people claiming I scammed them time after time after time, without me ACTUALLY scamming anything from them.



For example:

Accused of Off-Site scamming: Proved I didn't scam and you just didn't look far enough into it (proved my innocence and that ban was "lifted").

Accused of not providing account information: Evidently proved I did if you scroll up (should be unbanned for that report).

Accused of Selling a fake account with the intention to scam (banned): Proved that scamming wasn't my intention and I got set-up. (got unbanned)





If there's ANY information you need regarding this 2 defence bullshit, please post here with what kind of proof you need/what pictures you need and what they need to show; because I can guarantee I have it.

 

Posting rudely will not aid your case.

How'd you come to the conclusion that he would know the password to your email? That's absurd.

Nope, I'm saying that you fumbled around trying to change the email and making excuses for days - this is very suspicious & warrants a ban in itself. Consider it from our point of view.

 

If I was in any way rude in my post, I solemnly apologize for that, as it wasn't intentional. It's just frustrating that I have had so many reports against me when I have done nothing wrong and I am being punished for it.


As far as assuming he knew the password for the email, I had already told him the login details for the GAME, and the email and password for RuneScape is exactly the same as it is for the email account to change the password. As far as the password goes, he has access to that account all the way up until it got banned and the password is the same now as it was when I gave him it, so it isn't my fault that he didn't change the password once I had given him the email.

Now before you say I was playing on the account after I gave it to him, no I didn't. 3 days after I gave him the information I didn't hear from him; this means no complaints, no accusations, no questions nothing. He was simply playing on the account the whole time, and during this time I had just assumed that he had changed the password and email as it was now HIS account, so didn't even bother trying to login.

Then came the day when he charged back the $80 payment that he sent me for pay for the account initially, and this is then when I went to check if the account details had actually been changed, and they hadn't.
However, what I did find was the account was banned. Well for a first I had never bought any GP on that account nor had I sold any either; I had never botted, committed any serious offenses and had never been banned before. So it is clear to me that he had got the account banned and then tried to charge back the payment of $80, because I only heard from him again after the account had been banned.


After I had won the dispute on PayPal, he decided to report me and call me a scammer, which is a vintage noob at his best when his scam attempt failed.


So as far as you saying that I fumbled around trying to recover the account while making up excuses, this couldn't be further from the truth..

Opening the door to other staff

 

I'm ok with unban - TWC indisputable for a couple months

 

Have looked at your [Insane] previous history and vouches on the site prior to ban, in addition to this dispute several times.

I will support an unban, but would like to see a TwC applied.

TWCs been there for a while - staff: you should only be weighing in if you've read all of the reports; do not unban the user until I give the go ahead too please (regardless of vote). Thanks.

 

Just to put it out there, I don't see how I can be banned when I have done nothing wrong?

I've proven to you that I gave him the account information, and if you want me to show you the Skype chats uncensored and let you login to the Runescape account yourself I am willing to do that.




The reports I have had against me:

Not giving information for a Runescape account that I sold - Proven I did. (This Case)

Getting 2 Defence on a pure - Proven that I offered to still buy the account and that it was accidental.

Off-Site scamming - Proved that I was proven innocent of that case and unbanned on the site because of it. ("unbanned")

Selling a fake rare-name account - Proven that it was a mistake and I was set-up (this lead to my TwC and unban)



All in all I haven't broken any rules or scammed anybody, if you want to believe that I have attempted to scam anybody then that is pretty naive since I have vouches for trades worth double any of those reports.

I'm just surprised that I would not be unbanned for something that I proved I didn't do?

Please let me know your thoughts.
