Is there currently a problem with jagex email server?

It has been a day and I still haven't received the register verification email that is sent once you register a new account (I also tried resending it). Anyone know the problem and a fix? I for sure registered with the correct email -- no typo.

Nope.

 

If you're using googlemail, it can take a while to come through. I usually have to send it, then do the re-send process and then refresh my email for it to come through.

 

Kmjt one of my customers today pmed me the same thing that he couldnt receive the verification email when he was making the acc for the trade. So i guess its not only you who is facing this problem. I told him to check spam as well and no email.

 

This has happened to me several times while mass creating accounts - after every few accounts I made, spam protection (probably) kicked in and the emails weren't sent out. I solved the problem by using vpns.

The reason for your lack of emails might be different to mine, but you could give a vpn a try anyway.
