Training defence on a rather unique account - Need Advice

So i'm currently working on a build that i'm looking to get 99 defense on.

The stats currently are 60 20 63 (att-str-def) and i'm looking to get 99 defense.

I'm currently doing pest control as my source of exp gain, but was curious if I would be better off afk'ing rock crabs or something to gain exp?

Even tho i'd like to keep hp low, I could max at 99 hp as well it doesn't really matter.

So long story short, is exp higher at pc or would I be better off just going to rock crabs?

 

crabs would probly be 15k-25k max best to is do a trail run

 

Pc will probably land you higher exp rates depending on the quality of the team you are able to find.

 

Pc will be annoying as ur exp is based on ur team and also sometimes when u miss the boat, rock crabs will be constant xp but prob will be less

 

This... Depending on how active you are in PC, your hits in there will help a lot over time as well.

 

Combat exp gained inside the minigame is nerfed, even at high levels it is almost negligible, and with his 20 strength I wouldn't consider it at all. However, the advantage with this build is that you can gain exp almost as fast as say, a level 126 would, in defence at higher levels based solely off of the points.

 

Would you be willing to get mage or range on the acc?

 

Would you be getting prayer on the account? Or could revenue come from staking on the account? Also I'd recommend pest control. Faster xp then crabs if you can find a good world.

I'm only training defense, the most i'll train is to 70 attack for a whip

 

Well if you've considered getting a whip, I'd say do it as soon as possible, will help a lot for training.

 

What's the end goal of the account? I'm lost on the 20 str

 

Very unique build, would probably be a great boxer with a bit higher strength but not sure what his plans are

 

why those stats? if you're thinking of boxing just get str first.

 

you can get 74 attack and strength without an extra combat lvl at 99 def. There is no advantage to having 20 strength over higher unless turmoil gets released.
OT: Pest control is higher exp if you have a decent world.

 

Huh? Strength will certainly combat him. You're thinking of a Range tank I believe.

 

For some reason that's what I assumed the end result was going to be.

 

Ahh okay, yeah if it was a tank then yeah otherwise it will be drastically lower combat, and as I said possibly a great staker. Especially if you can find a decoy account to use as a lookup, like having a similar name to it and hope they type it wrong.

 

Rock crabs would be steady xp, PC is faster but less constant. I'd personally choose rock crabs as you can semi-afk them aswell.
