    If I can't trust KMJT to be honest and up front about an account, who can I trust? :'(

    Also, opinions on the situation?
    Should I have gotten a refund?
    Is KMJT being an upstanding, customer-serving member of the community?
    Is Roary favoring KMJT?
    Who was phone?
