The Render

 

Idk why you went with warm man? According to his breath you see on the render (aswell as the colors really) it's more of a cold base. therefore i like the BnW more then the color one. blending is good tho, aswell as depth coz of the trees.

 

I wanted to go cold at first but once I got this image in my head I started using warm colors and filters thanks mate

 

yeah he looks out of place, like hes not sopose to be in the woods.

 

Something about the background or overall placement is making the whole piece look 'awkward'. Maybe try and have a look @ the rule of thirds & size the render down a tad. Also, the colors don't really appeal to me; even the b&w one looks better than the colored.

 

as moonglare said, the color ones dont really match the theme/feel.

I like this alot, very nice blending , but yea i can see a colder version would look better.
