After some struggle, a big THANK YOU to Player Auctions!

I never really write extended reviews about any website I purchase my services/commodities from unless they're exceptional. To date, this will be my first ever positive review for a company.

I first got into purchasing services from third party vendors to help me with my game back when I started college, so 3 years ago. I was extremely nervous and had no idea what I was doing. None of my friends have done this either so I had to take risks. The reason I started purchasing services is because I am now an adult and I have the funding to be able to do so on my own, and it's a great source of entertainment for me, and while others spend money on booze, I spend money on games.

I've done about 7-8 purchases amounting up to about $2,000 for WoW. Then I quit WoW and had to find a website to sell my account. I really did not trust any website and eventually I put off selling my account, until I found PlayerAuctions.

They explained every step of the trade and how I can protect myself as a seller and how my buyer is protected as well, this made me much more confident to put my account for sale online. They asked for ID verification and I gladly gave it to them and sold my account in less than 2 weeks. Ever since then, I've been a loyal customer of PlayerAuctions.

Recently, after successfully paying and buying several items for Guild Wars 2, I cannot make anymore purchases without having PA asking me to wire my money instead of going through PayPal. They've never asked me to do this before so I thought it was a glitch. So I cancelled and retried, however without much success and after a while I just gave up and went to another site to get my deals done.

Soon after getting bored of GW2, I have moved back to Runescape, my childhood game, and wanted a few million GP to start off my new account. I tried PlayerAuctions again and they still asked me to wire my money directly to their bank account, then I just flat out refused to use PA ever again. I started going on Sythe and after meeting Alex and OblivionRage (whose vouches you can find in my sig) and being a newcomer, they took a gamble making a deal with me selling me a name and 450m GP. I paid through PayPal and everything went well. I told Alex about my story with PA and how I don't use it anymore because I couldn't really get it to work without having to wire my money to them and I wasn't comfortable with that so he told me to contact Jacob. I sent Jacob a PM on Sythe and he got back to me the next day telling me to email him my username on PA and I did.

Jacob got back to me the next day informing me that my account was flagged because of multiple order cancellations and thus I had to wire my money for one order to clear these flags. I informed him that I cancelled these orders because they were pending for over an hour and Live Chat agents told me to cancel them. Jacob immediately went to discuss this with other team members and got back to me within 2 hours and told me that everything was taken care of and the flags have been cleared!

I have never seen someone working from a firm of this type get so personal through emails and the willingness that Jacob had offered his help to someone, for all he knows could be an immature kid or a scammer, was really surprising and endearing for me.

All in all, I just have to say thank you to Jacob and PlayerAuctions for the exceptional services they have provided for me and the willingness to hear my situation out.

A big THANK YOU to Jacob and PlayerAuctions!
