Question about ban

if i brought a years worth of membership with paypal and was banned about 20 days later could i charge jagex back for my $75, and if so how would i go about it

 

Would advise against this. It isn't as simple when dealing with a large company. Also, I'm sure if you read around the Runescape website you'll see where they say no refunding on any membership purchased.

 

Your best chance is claiming unauthorized.

 

im just trying to figure out what to do with my 366 days of membership that i got left. According to their rules techinally i didnt use the year of membership yet because payments made with paypal stack with what ever you had when you brought it

 

What were you banned for? Botting?

 

was banned for gold farming even thought the only place i was at was rock crabs

 

You most likely won't be able to, as you've surrendered your money to them.

Dunno about this but it's likely that they'll have somewhere in their ToS that membership is non refundable.

You'd be leaving yourself open for a lawsuit if you did. It's fraudulent. You broke the rules and got banned, so you've lost that purchase. Simple. On goldfarmer accounts never buy long membership.

 

No i didn't gold farm it was a fasely placed ban i didn't gold farm next time don't just jump to conclusions because it will leave you looking stupid afterwards
