    GFX card issue.

so this one has been driving me abit nuts lately, and i really hope i don't have to rma my card, but i think i'm going to have to, but lets see if anyone can trouble shoot this for me first.

When playing games, like minecraft, league, dragons prophet, sometimes maybe like once a month, both my monitors will turn pink, and i can still hear sound for a few seconds, but ultimately i have to manual reboot, i have already under clocked my card to see if that was an issue but it still does it, although not as often.

Card i'm running is a EVGA 570 HD superclocked

running the 314 drivers atm, this all started when i upgraded my drivers to the 320s, so i been doing clean installs trying to figure out what the deal is, if you need anymore info let me know.

i keep evga prec running on my lcd keyboard to monitor temps, and the card has yet to go over 60 C so i don't believe its a heat issue

Nvidia drivers are at 331.82 right now. Update and see if that fixes the issue.

will more then likely give this a go, ik the error started when i went to the new drivers meant for bf4 and the 320s were just nuking older gfx cards.

Yeah, hopefully the 331's will fix it. If not you might as well upgrade to a 760 for pretty cheap.

Remember to do a clean install of the new drivers, too.

    GFX card issue.

not quite understanding whether this is happening all the time, or whether it's only occasionally that this happens? Perhaps a ratio like one in ten times would be a good description. Have you opened the computer recently to do anything internally sometime before this started?

My thoughts are you may have statically charged the graphics card by touching it or moving the case around on static items.
Also, you could be looking at a power supply issue, although usually if the power supply is quitting and just isn't supplying enough power...Nvidia cards will usually just downclock and disable a ton of hardware features to protect itself. You'd be surprised how many GPU issues can be tracked back to a bad power supply though.

If nothing else, you might be looking at a dead card. I'm not sure how long you've had that card, but the 5XX cards are pretty old by now and im sure you've put that sucker through its paces if you've had it since new. Especially if you've overclocked it. Pushing a cards clocks to the limit and running it at the limit at all times can work for awhile, but eventually the memory modules and core will deteriorate and that overclock will thus kill the card without even overheating it. Been there, done that.

Stay at 314.22 drivers, That's a issue from Nvidia, if you upgrade, you will see same problems.

Most likely it is drivers problems but at the same time it might be the graphics card itself. Hardware issue most likely, if problems persist, would suggest to RMA it?
