What's your favorite class and why?

I'm curious to see what you folks are playing. Who's your favorite character and why?

Right now I'm on a Warlock tear. I love Life Tap, and my low mana cost deck with a lot of combos and quick attacks is tearing people apart before they can execute their deck strategies.

 

Control mage and priest are easily the best, but I've been playing spell power rogue and late game druid. I don't like warlock much personally because the current metagame has significant placement on aoe removal, exactly what kills warlocks.

 

I've tried most of the classes and at first I liked playing a hunter but then I started playing a priest and the spells they have are pretty good. I'm trying out shamans now and they're pretty fun to play especially with the stacking totems strat and summoning a minion which gets attack for each minion on the field.

 

i just got it, literally have no idea what im doing but im having fun playing the rogue

 

I've only been playing for a little while (maybe 25 games?) and but I've been main'ing shaman. I'm probably going to try out a couple other classes (hunter, priest, paladin) because shaman (at least for me) involves waiting until the perfect opportunity and smacking like a 21 with good timing and buffs/totems(which imo can get a bit boring). It'll be nice to play around with the other classes and see how they do.

 

I recommend Paladin/Priest/Mage. All are extremely powerful and easy to pick up.

 

mage was the first thing i picked up. pre easy to gain board control with, would recommend it for a starter class.

 

Warlock or hunter definitely, they have the best combos i've found so far if you're wanting to run murlocs or glass cannon. (Which is what I like running.)

 

Hunter only really has OTK going for it. Warlock has some crazy combo potential with that hero power, though.

 

Mages and Priests OP all day doe.

 

First off : Thanks to this thread, I finally started playing Hearthstone after having it sit in a corner of my desktop for a month of so.

I started playing Hearth an hour ago and currently I like the Mage deck the most, like seriously.

Keep piling up on those Novice Engineers and Dwarves and you can keep the AI's summoned cards at bay. Furthermore, that Snapjaw card (2 - 7) is tankish as heck, mixed with the Voodoo Doctor, of course

 

I'd prefer the mage/priest deck as a starter, though you could try a hunter's if you really know how to play your decks.

 

Mage, is the most fun imo

 

New favorite class for me : Paladin.

The Paladin class just keeps healing and healing, I have all the 'Holy Light' & 'Guardian of Kings' cards in my deck and I just keep healing myself when my opponent just keeps on dishing out damage in the later part of the game.

 

Shaman for pvp and arena....

so far 2 times full reward....... ive not spent any of my own money yet... got two legendary rest is standard but the thing about shaman is if you play it right ur opponent will probally make a mistake as he thinks he will win... but those totems mixed with taunts..... wipe all his minions and some nasty 5+pets = he has 28 life u have 3 its ur turn.... booom u use buffs wipes and entire board and he is dead. 27-4 sofar in pvp/arena.. Shaman is the rocky of heartstone...

 

Warrior idk I just like his ability lol stack the armoure
