How are RP cards/XBL card sales possible?

How do people sell these cards for less than what they're worth? Sythe doesn't allow stolen merchandise to be sold so they can't be generated or stolen physically and they are sold at less than their store price (at least in my area). If it's against any rules to ask please just let me know but I'm quite curious.

 

Buying them in bulk is usually cheaper, aswell buying via a company saves tax money.
That way you can buy them off-the-books for less most of the time.

You have also guys that they are getting them with some SE skills almost for free,so consider that also..

Buy in bulk cheap as chips, sell individually for more, it's easy!

 

These sorts of things are non-refundable, and are more easibly tradable in some markets instead of paypal because it is a safer purchase. This allows both consumers to get a better price in some cases due to the payment method.

 

Where do you buy them in bulk?

 

You can buy them in bulk from the original supplier company. You can look that up, it's a bit hard as you'll need to be "rich" in order to order in bulk. And it's quite a risky investment because if you don't sell them off in time, you're wasting more valuable time and resources which could have been used for something else.

People also buy them online for a lower price, they often get supplied from 'dodgey' sources but get a good price.
