Buying OSRS starter zerk/main [PP, 07gp]

Hey all.

I'm currently looking for a main/zerk to start with. I wish it would have non-combat skills done, and some quests already done; I don't mind doing the long quests such as MM and DT, but pre reqs are nasty.

The combat levels don't need to be too great, I can always train it up myself.
Looking for a trusted member to make this trade, I'm looking for something that would go for around 50$ max., or I can pay it with some 07gp.
If it has any emails attached to it, I'd like to have full info of the email. No JAG too, please.
