Oh, the rune book's quantities are showing less runes than they should, since some of the runes are in a book. So in reality, it has 3 quints + 9 marks/seals/glyphs of all that where it shows it has less

Even though it's Plat 1 as of now, the MMR reset is soon and it'll be harder to get up with those rune pages ;P

Considering the account's mmr is 1954, the soft reset
(current mmr (1954) + base mmr (1200) / 2 = 1577;
will only bring him back to platinum v.
