Scammed for $200

Hello i have been scammed for my account , iv appeled on runescape to get it back but i would like this scammer to be ip banned. im going to prove this with pictures and evidance, i sold him a account , he sent payments via paypal and done a charge back , becuase the recoverys were suppose to be put in order he didnt know what order so he charged back . i gave him the order , he didnt send me payment he deleted me off skype and dont reply on sythe, his sythe name is blahoo.

This screenie his telling me he don't know the order of the recovs so he cancelled. he didnt need to cancel order becuase he changed the reg email to his email and changed the pass.

Canceled payment when he didnt have to , becuase i couldnt recover account becuase he changed reg email and password

I proved to him there was no need to cancel becuase the reg email and password changed to his. and all he had to do was put the questions in order to enabled jag , he found out and did this
