Buying an account off PA, Safe?

Im potentially buying a rather insane account off PA today, i've been in contact with the guy selling it, outside of what PA requires he supply he's going to give me a full photo of his picture ID, a speedtest screenshot of his location,isp,ip.

Aswell as he's underage and willing to provide me with contact information for his mother, so i can inform her of the account purchase, and the risk that buyers take from sellers recovering... surely a responsible parent wouldn't let their child take any part of that...

The user in question currently has a few positive PA Rep from a couple account sales and some gold sales.

I feel this is as safe as i could possibly be through an account purchase, my question to sythe is... would you feel safe dropping 400 dollars on an account off PA under these circumstances?

 

I wouldn't say so, people have been having a lot of problems with people recovering accounts recently.

 

Make sure those details are correct, try get something in writing signed and scanned, and proof that it's the same as on their ID, if they recover then take them to court lmao, even write a contract out, make them legally bound to the sale. Nothing they can do then to screw you over, you'd end up screwing them over legitimately

 

Have the seller provide you personal information to ensure they do not try and recover anything. You can do this by asking for a scanned ID like a drivers license and leave the address, dob, and name un-censored.

 

I would request a phone number and call the parent before also ask for scanned I.D and the rest seems legitimate. It seems fairly safe but there's always a risk.

PA's customer support is absolutely terrifible. They make you pay for insurance, and if the account is recovered they only give you a percentage anyways.

That's after you tackle through the customer support.

I'd suggest finding someone here that has accounts for sale that's done other trades.

 

Having his ID doesn't do shit, he can still recover the account any time he wants.

 

I'd never buy an account on PA, as they always favour the person who's account it is over the person who's claiming it was stolen. I'd sell an account on PA though.

PA is safe depending on who you buy from.
Look for seller's who have high reviews and Percentage

Read the review if its just gold sales I would still be suspicious on the trade.
