that was me for a few months till i started doing bjj, i can rarely get passed 12am nowadays. sometimes im out by 10

 

This has all started since going to Uni - need to sort my exercise and nutrition out and hopefully the sleeping pattern will follow.

indeed. nothing like getting on the floor with another dude and hugging it out, trying to choke each other and having awkward eye to eye contact for a few seconds until one of you figures their next move.
