I'm looking for a VPN that uses a specific IP that doesn't change whenever I disconnect like HotSpot Shield. For instance, I want a VPN that shows that I am from California. Every time I disconnect / reconnect, it continually situates my geological location in Calfironia. Is there a VPN available with that capability?
