Banned while account wasn't under my control

The account I'm disputing is Gearmo. Gearmo was hacked when it was banned. You may be able to see that by the ip in use at the time of the ban I'm not sure. I don't even remember what email I had on Gearmo or anything since its been so long. I would prefer to just start on a different account if I could. But I keep getting the following when I try to do so.

Yes I tried to get back on sythe. Because the banning of my original account Gearmo had nothing to do with me. Please don't view my ip in the dispute section if this gets considered. Thank you.
