How to win games in Pre-Season 4

Why does everyone find Taric so strong all of a sudden? 1.6sec stun isnt that much really..

 

It's the fact that he does as much damage as an AD carry through the ENTIRE game. His passive is so unreasonably op; I can't even deal.

 

I would have to say, if you really know how to play Sivir she is great on a team.

Taric Sivir is terrifying atm.

 

its really no different than season 3. mundo is really strong right now tho

 

It's funny because 3 of those guys got "nerfed" in recent patches...

 

some pros (junglers) have been saying that gragas jungle (if untouched) will be FotM when season 4 starts. Some say he has the fastest route clear atm.
Not sure, but i've seen oddone playing already some gragas jungle in this preseason.

 

Gragas jungle is really strong. His pre-6 ganks are decent because he does have a gap closer, but his post-6 ganks are incredible with his throwable knockback.

His clear time is also one of the best. Shyvana might still be #1 simply because she has a spammable movespeed boost as well as the really strong AOE clear.

 

Going to try first time Sivir, hope that I don't feed

taric is so strong
gains damage for being tanky
has a spam stun, free heal when he auto's a few times, pretty nice burst with W+Ult combo at 6

so annoying

 

Is Sivir really still strong and viable? Has she been buffed or nerfed recently?

 

sivir was re-worked. she's strong, but i dont really play ad so im not too familiar with her lane capabilities. i just know her late game is just silly.
