Reason for TWC: Horse seemed like very sketchy guy, and a potential black hat/ committing fraud (see proof). With only 30 vouches to his name, (half of the people making him go first) He said over and over again. He was a "trusted" buyer and seller. He also repeated over and over and said he had 30 vouches, insisting i check his vouch page, in hope i would gain trust in him. He also rushed the trade, to hopefully get my gold. Then i brought up i wanted to use a middleman, in which i would pay fees for. He was okay with this, and said we would split fee's. Then i asked him i would like myself or the MM to see a government issued ID (covering up everything but his name). As soon as I said this, he showed me he had 30 vouches again. And then said i would be covering the full price of a mm. This was probably because, he could get out of the deal, without looking sketchy.

This user should have a TWC, because i believe he might be committing fraud, and harm other players. And denial of trusted service. And rushing trades.
