After seeing the additional evidence against the other user in that report which was posted by a staff member, I realized I knew an idiot named Steven who used the account Chloe X on SS.

I then remembered my friend Tom/The Pedo Van on SS (who is also banned) had gotten him banned and showed me the evidence a few months ago (Steven and his pal Friskables who's sythe "Gp4Gp" is banned for DDoS threats had DDoSed me and I was happy to hear he was finally banned, which he told me about a week after the fact).
