Not receiving emails from sythe?

When trying to reset my password, I put my email in and it says it's sending you a reminder of username/pass but I never receive it. No filters on, checked spam the usual. any help?

 

Recheck if you spelled it correctly or check other emails you used associated with your sythe account.

 

spelled correctly, if you put another email in that isn't on the account i'm pretty sure it says its wrong
