WTB Saints Row IV for Steam

Haven't traded anything on Steam before but I got really pissed off as Amazon are selling the digital download of Saints Row IV for $14.99, but I live in the UK and you can only buy the digital download if you are from the US.

Therefore I'm still looking to buy Saints Row IV for Steam.
If you can sell to me let me know how much it'll cost.
Seeing as I haven't traded anything on Steam before it's very likely we will use a MM. I can pay via UK Bank Transfer, or add funds to Paypal etc, I'll work around what you want.
