Alex12345/Admin ignoring evidence

Roary must have made a mistake when unbanning Alex when it is so blatantly obvious that he recovered cameron from me. Anyways, I'll post the report here so that it stays in the open:

After this post Alex was unbanned.





Staff is ignoring blatant evidence, it's ridiculous. Why would admitting recovering Cameron in his pardon have anything to do with him paying me back? He was banned for name sniping, reported again for recovering cameron, managed to slip through the cracks without paying back for Cameron, and now he's unbanned because he mentioned it in his pardon?? It's nonsense.


In addition, isn't it odd that I'm not banned at the moment for creating false evidence? If Alex is unbanned, then my evidence must be fake, how come I haven't been banned?

I'll tell you why, it's because it's obvious that Alex scammed me, and the evidence is real.
















In addition, I'd appreciate if Amethyst doesn't post his opinion on this, as they're gaurenteed to be extremely biased. I'm not sure why he dislikes me so much, but it's probably because he's friends with Alex.

I didn't PM you for Alex, I saw Alex's dispute and found it odd that he was re-banned when he was previously pardoned for recovering the name. In order to rectify the situation and clear the dispute up, I followed it up - standard procedure.

I didn't unban Alex nor am I 'friends' with him, I've only ever spoken to him regarding his initial ban or thereabouts - I didn't know enough about the situation to unban him and left it to those who did.

As far as I believed it was all settled and nothing more was to be done, hence Alex being pardoned.

 

It was actually frenzy who unbanned me, after extensively speaking to her on skype, im not paying you shit, all you have is a screenshot that i bet aaron took at the time and gave it to you as proof so you could attempt to sell the name for him, like you sold the others for him.

Ah, sorry for coming off so harsh. I was just very surprised when he was unbanned. His arguments are bullshit, I'd really appreciate it if a mod/admin could carefully read and understand the situation.

I say that there should be some sort of repayment for the name. That way this situation can be settled.

I am not sure who unbanned him, but this needs to be resolved between you two and we need a figure that is acceptable for both parties.

Ill bump this too, im not paying jake until i can see the emails that came when he bought the account, as anyone would have if they bought one, like this from the time he said he had control of the account, if he doesnt have the email, he couldnt have bought the account, who buys an account without the ability to change the pass? this is just an example and jakes email would have cameron instead of chair.

For any mods who are unfamiliar with RS, you recieve an email EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE THE PASS,OR REGISTERED EMAIL, you cannot sell an account unless you don't fully control it.
If you did infact buy the name jake, and weren't just given that screenshot by aaron so you could sell it for him, then you'll have those emails, if not then you're attempting to extort money out of me that you never lost, if you don't have the email changes or password request changes, then i rest my case, and won't pay you a dime.

 

I've literally had dozens of email accounts to store names on so that Jagex can't connect my accounts to each other.

When Alex recovered the name that email account became useless, as he would have told Jagex that the account had been hacked, therefore making the email that I registered the account that of a hacker.

I deleted the email information months ago, as I had no use for it whatsoever.

Please stop with these bullshit excuses, you know very well that you recovered Cameron from me.

Youve traded maybe 13 accounts max through sythe(vouches) about PB but max another couple through there, id say 10-20 names max, i have 200+ over my emails, i can find basically any acc email change ive done, i also like to keep them incase something like this happens. you dont just delete email information lol, especially as you knew you would need it as the account had just been locked, thats got to be one of the worst excuses ive seen, as soon as the account was recovered, the report was made, so you just instantly removed any sign of login from that email, rubbish, ask aaron to look at the chatlogs between you and him, and take a screeny of the email change. find the email he sent the password change to and recover the email and find the chatlogs that hes got of the trade happening and the gp changing hands, or did aarons chatlogs get cleared too, like your skype was hacked during the time chatlogs of purchase where needed, you kept 0 proof of a transaction taking place for the specified amount, what if it was another name that got locked, would you have just instantly deleted crucial emails needed to prove purchase?
You have 0 proof apart from a picture i believe aaron took so you could help your name sale, unless you get some more then i'm not paying you anything. If mods truly believe jakes telling the whole truth, without him being able to provide proof of transaction taking place, then please go ahead and ban me, im not paying him anything until i see further proof, those are my feelings. For all i know he couldve paid 100m

You have no further critical proof, because it does not exist, if it did youd have been able to get it 6 months+ago, you never paid 1b for that account, now youre so deep in gambling debt youre trying to use me to pay off your mistakes. If its so obvious why cant you provide any more proof to backup your claims than a screenshot aaron took for you to aid you in selling the name for him, my arguments are not illogical, theyre all perfectly valid and all the info ive requested would be easily available had you have purchased cameron from aaron for 1b, also why would you buy it for 1b and instantly try and sell it for very little or no profit?

According to Roary, Alex was unbanned due to the misunderstanding that Alex had made up for his actions.

Know that everything is out in the open, why is he still unbanned?

 

Maybe you should be the one banned, using stolen goods to pay off a debt you owed from gambling(whether you say it's knowingly or not, lolsmurfin should still have the option of returning it), idk why lolsmurfin is still allowed to sell it, especially after your BS about buying it off a randomer you just met on RS over teamspeak because you don't want to say you got it off aaron to avoid being permed. Nothing further has come to light on our situation, mods can look through everything and decide whether or not they believe that you ever purchased the account(no chatlogs from either party, no email/pass changes,message box ingame empty, no screenshots of trading someone 1b+).
Still all i have to go on is you saying you paid 1b for the name, for all i know you could've paid 500m, and knowing that you've sold goods for aaron before and i bet that he just gave you that pic so you could attempt to sell the name for him, if you've got nothing more to go on than your word and a picture i've disproved then it's upto a few mods to take a good look at everything and decide what/if i should pay you.

Update: Jake and i are talking on skype, considering how we can move forward and close this in a way we both agree on and get out of this stalemate, even if i'm hesitant i just want this to be over. will update further in the next few days if a deal is made
