The only reason why I banned him on Sythe is because of the overwhelming evidence that Joopi had against this particular user. He was "pissed off" due to the fact that he lost 600 mil and made multiple account to continue betting. It is similar to ban evaders here. We do not reimburse them their donations if they are caught evading and he knew/took the risk of betting. He flat out knew the consequences but did not care about them until he was banned. He did multiple things that were ban worthy such as lieing to staff, attempted scam etc. I didn't ban him just willy nilly. If you feel another staff member should look at this, then so be it.
