What's with everyones pures?

I'm in the market for a 50/60 attack 1 defence pure, so I browse the pure-sale forums quite a bit.
And I'm noticing a very large number of pures have 61 attack rather than 60, is it just people being bad at accidentally picking attack style or something?

Keep in mind the only actual pure pking/staking experience I have is with personal made accounts that I did in my free time, so they were never anything significant and I was never a damn good pker/staker.
So I don't really know the ins-and-outs of how to pk/stake to the best of my abilities.

 

they level the attack but havn't quested, so when they want a d scim the prequests give 61 attack

 

It's just poor planning on their behalf. In terms of pking, it makes little difference unless your a perfectionist/have OCD.

Yep, people bot 60 attack without realizing that Tree Gnome Village and The Grand Tree give enough xp to get even 60 attack + 0 xp to level 61.

 

They forgot that MM prequests give attack xp, rookie mistake. When doing a skill & quest order I always made sure that it wouldn't take me over with the xp rewards also.

 

lol i made that mistake on my main and got 60 attk first then went questing, dosnt matter now cos im 75 attk
