The way you're honouring your dad is very touching. on the topic of the accident Insurance may have written off your car. What a prick that guy was though as if he has enough money to pay for a BMW but not help fix the car his stupid daughter fucked up? I'd still maybe visit a lawyer but regardless the car looks great.
