Best item to alch?

what is the best item to alch and not lose money? or not even as much i dont mind if i dont gain profit

 

Yew longbows? Maple longbows if you want to spend less/buy more

 

strung or unstrung and wat what price? and how much they alch for

 

Strung typically, you could also consider rune arrows or mith plates.

 

what about mage training arena? i dont care if i lose gold , just want to get my mage up fast

 

If you go to Camelot bank, you can pick up longbows cheap enough. However, MTA is also a good way to train, but you lose a lot of cash, do Alchemists and Enchantments.

If you buy yew longbows at 670-700gp ea and nature runes at 240-250, you will end up losing around 160k gp per 1k alches.

which is very expensive if you have enough rsgp green d hide bodies would be good to alch, you do loose very much but they sell for 4500 gp ea so...

I craft my own green d hide bodies and actually make about 20-30k per 1k alchs which isn't a good money making method but its better then losing a shit ton of gp

 

Green dhide bodies if you can craft them, rune swords if you can smith them, or yew longs if you can fletch them.

 

As a general rule, the harder it is to buy the items, the less you will lose/ more you will gain from the alchs.
