Duel arena DDS staking.

Can some one please tell me how the fuck some people can spec me twice before i even get to spec once?

For example:
(me): *1st hit* 1st dds spec
(some other dick): 1st dds spec

Me: 2nd dds spec
Him: 2nd dds spec

Me: 3rd dds spec
him: 3rd dds spec + 4th spec.

It happens to me quite often. Anyone else?

When i stake i usually spam click. Could this be the problem?

 

I don't know if it's the same, as I quit around 3 years ago, but I believe it's because your PID is high. (Player ID). It's the reason people relog before big stakes, to get random PID's. Go look up Runescape PID either on google or here and i'm sure you'll figure out about it.

At least it's not based off ones IP anymore. I'll just hope relogging does the trick.

 

PID is purely random now. You just got unlucky.

 

This - from one stake to the next, PID can change now. It's completely random every stake.

 

PID changes multiple times in the time it takes to complete a duel. Therefore it's possible to get back to back hits before your opponent gets a hit in.

 

You know this for a fact? So logging in and out is pretty much pointless?

 

Logging in and out has never done anything pid related in 07. Originally it was based on your ip and now it is completely random for each individual hit.

 

You had pid in the previous hit, he got pid on the next hit.

 

It does nothing- that only worked in eoc, and it was slightly more complicated than that.

 

Pid is random now, so it can change between hits. Sucks, I know.
