20 attack obby mauler?

going 20 attack on my obby mauler thoughts?

 

Both me and my friend got 16 attack on our maulers for climbing boots. Worth it.

 

I disagree with above and wouldn't get attack on an obby mauler. If you have your heart set on getting attack then I would recommend questing it for sure. The road I would take would be higher range and switch from range to maul. Accuracy with the maul is less important than the strength of it.

 

id stay 1 attack and get a slayer staff

 

I wouldn't get any attack levels on an obby mauler as an obby mauler is a pure with 1 attack, not any attack but uses an obby maul.

 

If you want to get 55 slayer and get a slayer staff, do this and stay at 1. Otherwise I would stay below 20. My obby range mauler is 15/70/1.. I only got two combat levels for getting 15 and I feel it makes my attacks significantly more accurate. For ME this is important when choosing between a berserker necklace and an obby ammy. Berseker is way more damage at the cost of being accurate.. so I use the berserker now since my attack is higher.

 

i went 20 guess im a mith pure i did get climbers along the way iunno i kinda like it plus uhm shit went pking was still pretty own age and getting 55 slayer is going faster

Do exactly this, just make sure your account isn't range based.

 

Did you quest the attack so you could get climbers ?

 

personally for an obby mauler i'd leave the attack at 1...

Keep it at 1 attack bro. But if you really think about it, you're technically going to upgrade to a higher leveled pure afterwards anyways.

 

DEFINITELY stay one attack.

 

Always leave a mauler at 1 attack... You won't unlock any new equipment that you will use while pking from leveling 1-20, which means that it is useless for a pk build.

 

You're just gaining combat levels that you don't need. Stay 1.
